Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were good considering restrictions with nice furniture, but it's located on a noisy boulevard. The service was satisfactory with a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The location, although pleasant, was a little too complicated to find with public transportation and the breakfast service was limited. The dining experience was decent but had lower value for money. Overall, the facilities were well-equipped and decently priced.
The hotel offers a perfect stay with comfortable twin beds, a nice overview of Hamburg starting at 8 o'clock in the morning, and clean and cozy rooms. Despite some complications with public transportation, the location is close to transportation lines and familiar fast-food chains.
When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms to be quite large, modern, and clean at a great price of less than 60 EUR for 2 persons, offering a good price to comfort ratio. However, my room was located at the end of the corridor. The service provided, including a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance, was excellent. The location, although near Berliner Tor station with plenty of transportation lines, was a bit complicated to find with public transportation, and the breakfast service was not as expected due to the current situation. The hotel is situated in a modern office quarter with some free parking spaces available.
